Michael O. Shea

Michael O. Shea has over 25 years of employment law and litigation experience. He has successfully litigated employment cases in both state and federal courts, as well as employment cases in the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He graduated from Western New England University School of Law in 1989 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1989.  Our Law Practice - Attorney Shea has litigated sexual harassment and discrimination cases with significant jury verdictsAttorney Shea is also a former Assistant District Attorney for Hampden County, and he is also admitted to practice in the Massachusetts federal district courts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Attorney Shea has litigated sexual harassment and discrimination cases with significant jury verdicts, such as a jury verdict of 1.4 million dollars in a sexual harassment case, a 2.8 million dollar judgement in a race discrimintation case, as well as many other significant verdicts and settlements over the 25 years of his practice focusing on sexual harassment and discrimination cases.
