Michael O. Shea
Michael O. Shea has 20 years of employment law and litigation experience. He has successfully litigated employment, personal injury and insurance coverage cases in both state and federal courts, as well as employment cases in the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He graduated from Western New England College School of Law in 1989 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December of 1989. Attorney Shea is also a former Assistant District Attorney for Hampden County and he is also admitted to practice in the Massachusetts federal district courts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. |
Emily J. Daniell
Emily J. Daniell is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Michael O. Shea, P.C. Emily earned her law degree from Western New England College School of Law in May 2008, and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts. During law school, Emily received the honor of Best Brief Award in her first year Legal Research and Writing Class, and she also received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in First Amendment Rights, Trial Methods, and International Environmental Law. During her last year in law school, Emily was a legal intern at Western Mass Legal Services in Northampton, Massachusetts, working in the employment/benefits unit. Emily received her bachelor of arts degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts, in May 1999. |
